Distributorship
1.1	Any person at least 18 years old can register as Distributor by submitting a Distributorship Application Form and buying an entry package;
1.2	A Distributor is an independent reseller of Asianskymall Inc.;
1.3	The Distributor shall not sell products to customers below the suggested retail prices as stated in the price list and as published in the company’s website;

Compensation Plan
2.1 Distributors shall be entitled to product discounts, sales commissions, incentives and bonuses in accordance with the latest published marketing plan;

Repeat Purchases
3.1 The Distributor shall be entitled to product discounts when he/she buys products from any Asianskymall Inc. Distribution Center (Depot);
3.2 The Distributor shall be qualified in the bonuses under the repeat purchase plan provided he/she satisfies the minimum monthly requirement as published in the marketing plan.

Sales Commissions
4.1 Entry package referral commissions are based in a one (1) week period covering Tuesdays thru Mondays, payable every Friday;
4.2 Repeat sales bonus and other monthly sales incentives are paid every 15th of the following month.
4.3 Sales commissions, bonuses, etc. amounting to P500 (below P500 will be carried over to the next period) or more are paid thru company check or deposited at Distributors’ Debit Card Account; Applicable 10% withholding tax and processing fee of P25 per payment will be deducted from Distributor’s gross amount to be received.

General Provisions
5.1 Asianskymall Inc. reserves the right to terminate the agreement with any Distributor provided even without practicing any of the following:
-Sells products at prices lower than the suggested retail price;
-Engages in any conduct that is harmful or inimical to the interest of the company, Distribution Centers and/or its Distributors;
-Who is unable to sponsor at least one (1) Distributor and/or unable to maintain required monthly repeat purchase for six (6) consecutive months;
-Caught doing cross registration or using other person or name to register outside of his/her original sponsor and up-line position Distributor;
-Caught selling other company products directly competing with the Asianskymall Inc. Products;
5.2 Asianskymall Inc. reserves the right to update or modify its business/marketing plan and policies from time to time;
5.3 All prices are subject to change with a 30-day prior notice.
